"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check the size limit for attachments in your Exchange server - there may be an email with an attachment that exceeds that limit. If so, either remove the attachment or increase the limit to allow the attachment through.

Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

Also I don't see the error in the screenshot what exactly the symptom is ?

Please make sure your server is SP3. Run the below command to see the version.
Get-ExchangeServer | Format-List Name, AdminDisplayVersion

it is supposed to be 14.3 (Build 123.4) or above.
Please check this for more details.

Please check this as well.

Hi,

As per your screen shot, you are not getting error but it's working as expected. The only issue in that screen shot is you are missing several options. That you can see if you click 'see all options'  hyperlink.

There seems to be an issue with your browser. Please attempt to open in a different browser like Chrome or Mozilla and see the results. Also please clear IE cache and reset to default.

When we Update Exchange 2010 with Update Rollup 8 for Exchange Server 2010 SP2 on 11-8-2017 then after we check scripts folder (D:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\ecp\14.2.390.1\Scripts) only 4 files available in this folder see attachment for details.
and when we go to themes folder (D:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\ecp\14.2.390.1\Themes) only Default folder is available.
and if we go to (D:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\ecp\14.2.390.1\Themes\Default\) only 4 files available.
See Attachment for folder images.

You can copy all the files from the previous client access\ecp \..version...\themes folder. You are showing 14.2.390.1, so there should also be a folder with the version before the current one you are showing. you can copy all the files from the previous version folder to your current folder, and see if that fixes your issues with access OWA via the browser.
