How to use a mouse with an iPad Air 2?

iPad Air 2 - My iPad Air 2 is running ios 11.3.1. I want to use a mouse with it. How can i do this?

You can't.

There is no physical pointer/cursor programmed into iOS for an external mouse or track pad input device to navigate on screen.

There are some specific remote desktop apps that allow you to use a mouse. Look at this MAC article here.
