PC Starts up in BIOS every time

My PC was working perfectly but since installing the Windows 10 April upgrade or updating my MSI MB through MSI LiveUpdate, every time I start my computer it boots to the BIOS.  Clicking exit without saving starts up Windows 10 fine (or so I thought).

Now every few minutes I get a message saying running low on harddrive space and the disk that it refers to is one that was never there before.  My machine has a 256gb M.2 for the OS, a 500gb SSD and a 3TB HD.  The new drive that has been created has been called a OEM partition in Disk Management (see attached) and is void of files despite showing as being full.

At the moment it is just very annoying having the popup of low space every couple of minutes but I am worried there is something more sinister going on.

I have tried changing the boot order in the BIOS to boot from the M.2 device but booting fails completely.

If I restart Windows as opposed to switching the computer off and then on, it boots straight to Windows (ie not to the BIOS) but I still get the HD low problem.

Any advice?

Thanks

Thanks but I am not sure what you mean switch it on 'without the power'?  How do I switch on without power?
Just press the button....its strange...but it works for MANY cases..(its not exactly strange but for the time accept my word on this)
Ofcourse afterwards connect the power and power it normally.

The power off, press button, power on seems to have stopped the booting to BIOS but I still have this OEM 'virtual' drive which was never there before.  I think the two problems are related but not sure.
no attachment on which physical disk is this OEM drive?

Thanks for the help
What was your solution? Did you delete the "OEM partition"?

I followed the article above using DISKPART to get rid of the partition.  I haven't yet tested fully but all seems happy now.
