Recovering windows 2003 from blue screen

I have windows Server 2003 which was running on Dell poweredge R230.
improper shutdown cause the windows corrupted.Now when i start the server it detect hard disks RAM but also  give the message booti- 09 no target information.Then goes to start windows and for few seconds showed the blue screen then come up with a windows with Options to recover the system or normal boot.
I tried to recover but it failed and normal boot make the system to restart again.

RAID =0
SAS Drive =2
Capacity=300G

now i am in need to recover the system and data as its very important and all of the employees are waiting for the recovery.

I would suspect, since your system is in a striped RAID, you may be out of luck for recovery options - unless you have a full backup. But, you may be able to get it to boot into safe mode so you can track down the actual cause of the BSOD. After the post screen and before the system boots, tap the F8 key on the keyboard to get your boot options menu and try booting into safe mode.

Your next option would be to try a repair installation of the operating system using the media that came with the server - back when 2003 was sold, servers almost always came with the OS media so it should be around somewhere if it hasn't been trashed. When you insert and boot to the 2003 server CD you'll get a repair installation option if the OS is found and recoverable.

Well grab a bare metal image utility (bootable CD/DVD/Usb)  and an external drive and try to take an image of your server...
If you manage to get the image then you have an issue with Windows Installation ...if not your RAID is problematic and must rebuild it from scratch...

I would consider upgrading to WS2016.
Hi Kastro Abbasi,
It seems like your Master Boot Record has been damaged. As Britt Thompson explained, you can try repairing your OS using the system repair disc, but in-case you don’t have it, you may have to re-install the OS again. You can easily recover all your data from your striped RAID 0 array using Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery-Technician. Just connect your drives to any Windows PC and run the software. Once connected, the software will ask you for the RAID parameters, however, if you don’t remember them then you can use “Don’t Know” Option to create a virtual raid. After the raid has been rebuilt, you can recover all your files. Download the software from here: https://www.stellarinfo.com/windows-raid-recovery.php
i am in need to recover the system and data as its very important

raid 0 + apparently no good backup = asking for trouble
never ever put important data on a raid 0 else you will have this problem eventually
should be using raid 6 or 10; 0 provides no redundancy
aside from a 3rd party solution for potential data recovery (unless you have a backup) say goodbye to that array and the data that was there as you have 0 options

Hi Marshal
how can i run the recovery tool as server is immediately comes to x:\windows\system 32 > but when i run diskpart he showed no partition
you mean i should reinstall the windows and then run recovery tool
as customer dont have any other server this is the only server available and i did not find any convertor from SAS to USB to connect these 2 drives to the PC.
please tell me the procedure to run the ricovery tool
Go with the bootable option i wrote you...the more you play with a problematic RAID the more you are risking of loosing everything..
you can look if one of the raid recovery tools can help :  https://www.stellarinfo.com/gdc/raid-data-recovery-software.php?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI87rKyIP92gIVC7DtCh3tpgQsEAAYASAAEgLY6PD_BwE
otherwise, turn the system in to a data recovery lab - and expect a serious fee to be paid
If you want to connect the SAS drives to the motherboard, you’ll need a SAS controller based Computer, however if one is not available then install a fresh copy of Windows on another spare SAS HDD (not the ones which are on the failed RAID) and then connect SAS drives from the raid array as slaves. After this install Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery Technician on the fresh copy of windows and your drives will become visible in it. Select those failed raid drives and correct their order, if you know the parameter of the raid array then feed them in. However, if you don’t, then select “Don’t Know” in all of the areas. This will rebuild your raid and then you can select and recover all your data.
NOTE: Basically you have to connect both the RAID 0 drives as slaves.
