Thanks so much Andrew and Andyalder
Tried to remove the power supply behind the server and left for 5 minutes and connected the power cord again and pushed the power button again in the front, the LEDs went to Green-Yello and Amber , never powered on..
So raised with the warranty provider and the mother board was faulty and it was replaced  and all working ok now :)

It is going to be 5 years in couple of months , since we purchased these server  ESX and SAN , now sure how much more we can extend the warranty  and run the server.
The standard warranty given on the servers was 5 years.

You can get a maintenance contract on it from a 3rd party but make sure they carry all the spare parts needed, some unscrupulous TPMs just buy the spares when needed (although they may be still obtainable same day).

We use a company called Curvature, Formerly Syscare. They are quite reasonable and their support is pretty good.

VMware

VMware, a software company founded in 1998, was one of the first commercially successful companies to offer x86 virtualization. The storage company EMC purchased VMware in 1994. Dell Technologies acquired EMC in 2016. VMware’s parent company is now Dell Technologies. VMware has many software products that run on desktops, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and macOS, which allows the virtualizing of the x86 architecture. Its enterprise software hypervisor for servers, VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi), is a bare-metal hypervisor that runs directly on the server hardware and does not require an additional underlying operating system.
