You likely need a different parameter on this line, instead of 'delimiteddata':
SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(v_repid, REPORT_DESFORMAT, 'delimiteddata');

But, I don't have a copy of Reports11 to check what the other valid values are for this parameter.

i use both delimiteddata and delimited not working

Try: 'SPREADSHEET '
chalie001Author Commented:
like SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(v_repid, REPORT_DESFORMAT, 'SPREADSHEET');
Mark GeerlingsDatabase AdministratorCommented:
Yes.  I don't have Reports 11, but according to the Reports10 documentation that I have, that value is legal for REPORT_DESFORMAT.
chalie001Author Commented:
Am geting REP-52251
Mark GeerlingsDatabase AdministratorCommented:
Do you get some error text along with that error number?  I don't see that error number in the Reports10 documentation that I have.
chalie001Author Commented:
the error was report server but the excell is not formated
formated
Mark GeerlingsDatabase AdministratorCommented:
Yes, I know that the REP-52251 error is from Reports server.  But, did it not give you any error message text along with that error number?  I expect that error text may help you understand why Reports was not able to format the output the way you hoped.

But, when I look at the output that you posted in the screen shot, the data appears to be delimited into columns with the "|" character  between each column value.  Excel should be able to open a file like that if you use the Text Import Wizard in Excel and give it the "|" character as the delimiter.
chalie001Author Commented:
I don't what to use text editor it must be in excell in correct format
Mark GeerlingsDatabase AdministratorCommented:
It looks to me like it is in the correct format (or at least in a format that Excel can handle).  You just have to help Excel open it.  No text editor is needed.
