How about relevant interface to deal with the Emails (ever sent out)?
Zimbra or hmail server for windows are good, but i think you need to pay for support.
Zimbra and Hmail server are opensource and freeware too.

I use Zimbra for ALL my customers and feel its the best open source email platform, but since you are on windows, unless you want to run a virtual machine, it will not meet your needs

Do you think Zimbra would not perform well on Windows 2008 R2 server?
