Troubleshooting mail flow from MFP
I have various models of Xerox MFP units that will periodically have a failure to deliver messages to my Microsoft Exchange 2016 server. I believe the receive connector is not the issue, because the issue comes and goes. The message from the copier delivery failure report is:
One or more messages were not sent. Insufficient resources on the sending mail server (SMTP). Contact your system Administrator.
Other mail continues to flow in and out of the server. I do have a DAG setup with a second server. Both are virtualized in VMWare ESXi.
[PS] C:\Windows\system32>Get-Ex changeServ er | Select Name, AdminDisplayVersion
My mail servers are running:
Name AdminDisplayVersion
---- -------------------
HDH-MAIL1 Version 15.1 (Build 1034.26)
HDH-MAIL2 Version 15.1 (Build 1034.26)
My thinking is it is some sort of performance issue but I am really unable to correlate it to anything. I also have not been able to determine which logs I should be looking at to help troubleshoot. Any help is appreciated...
