Airplane mode keeps activating itself on a novice user's laptop (which disabled her Wi-Fi and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse) and then she doesn't know how to turn it off and always has to ask for help.<br />

FYI: in win10 v1903 (maybe also in earlier versions), you can find &quot;edit your quick actions&quot; inside the settings app -system -&gt;notifications<br />
That let's you unpin airplane mode.<br />

What that manual action does, is delete a registry key in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER<wbr />\Control Panel\Quick Actions\Pinned which corresponds to flight mode (you'll find which). So after all, we could deploy this by using group policy preferences which deletes that value on every GPO refresh (even when recreated by the user).
