Permanently disable Airplane mode on Win 10 laptop

What methods can I use to permanently disable Airplane mode within a Windows 10 laptop so that it will never become activated even if the user tries to turn it on?

Can this be done via a local group policy or some kind of script?

I can't think of any good reason to do this and know of no supported way to do so. Why would you want to?!?

Airplane mode keeps activating itself on a novice user's laptop (which disabled her Wi-Fi and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse) and then she doesn't know how to turn it off and always has to ask for help.

The laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 910-13IKB laptop.

Use Powercfg to set a Non- Airplane power mode and that will prevent the plan from starting on its own. That works and I do this.

However, airplane mode IS needed and not removable.

So build a batch file on this user's desktop to set the proper power plan with powercfg or show the use how to change the plan.

When I travel, I use my smart phone and leave the computer off. So again, airplane mode does not activate.

Also, and really simple, show the user:  Start, Settings, Network and Internet.

Airplane Mode is right there, ON, OFF.

There is no anti-dummy Policy. If someone is able to turn on airplane mode he should be able to turn it off. Show him that he can use the touchscreen to deactivate it even when he accidentally activated airplane mode again.
