To the best of my knowledge it does not have a commercial name. IBM / Lenovo change plug types to prevent incorrect voltages being connected. The flat (instead of round) connector came out with the thin machines.<br />

You need to tell the supplier you are purchasing from what model of machine you are going to connect it to so that they may assure you it will work
