I have a windows 2008 R2 server guest sat on VM Ware server which has being showing removing snapshot session for over 24hrs now. The guest itself is not accessible currently so via the console in vshpere, when try to connect I get the error Unable to connect to the MKS: Error connecting to /bin/vmx process.<br />

I have other guests sat two guest sat on the same host but they are on a different datastore. The server which is hung is on its own storage and there is over 800Gb free.<br />

It looks like the Remove Snapshot process has hung?<br />

What is the best course of action to bring this back online.<br />
