Trying to generate a report in a form.
1st option:
1. A report Between 2 dates …for only 1 car or all cars.
In report like to group all like wise states MILES (eg for State miles. Ca 200 + Ca 210 = Ca410), same for for GALLONS group all like wise State Gallons (Eg for State fuel GALLONS if in that time period Az 200 + Az 310 = Az 510)
2nd Option
2. Report for quarters for eg for 1st Quarters (so dates will be 01/018/2018..03/31/2018 ) and same for the rest of the quarters
In report like to group all like wise states miles (eg for State MILES. Ca 200 + Ca 210 = Ca410) and same for for GALLONS group all like wise State GALLONS (Eg for State fuel GALLONS if in that time period Az 200 + Az 310 = Az 510)
Either you can use trip date or record date of FUEL purchase and date of MILES traveled.
I had include [IDTrip] in both "FormFuel" and "FormMilesTravel" , So I can group all the records with [IDTrip]
When you open this file it will open in a DataEntry form for entering FUEL & MILES. There is button on top right hand side I will open a report form..this is just to give you an idea what I am trying to do . I guess I am doing more than I should be doing.
