openldap and samba ad

how to connect to samba ad via phpldap?
I have a samba 4 active directory in ubuntu and open ldap (slapd) is running. How to connect  open ldap to ad.
i connect to open ldap via phpldapadmin on port 1389.

The Default port for LDAP on AD is 389

i have samba ad on ubuntu and port 389 is not open (i think samba is using this port). Then i have install slapd and change this port to 1389.

Thank you  it's working and very usefull doc. i have som issue now, i add all my ubuntu server to AD and user is created in AD
as ad users from AD no problem to login (also for first time without craeted in ubuntu ) to ubuntu master domain controller.
but not possible to login to other ubuntu server(client) as AD user. i used krb5-user and samba from ubuntu servers to join to domain.
do you have som documentation for that also or can you see what i need install extra on my ubuntu servers?
