SSRS WEB.CONFIG needs editing to allow larger files

We are trying to have GP Dynamics publish some reports to our report server.  it seems like some of the reports are to big.  The error we receive when trying to publish the reports is
gperror.PNGI found a help article that asked me to adjust the web.config file as follows.
webconfig.PNGafter I made the suggested change, I restart the ssrs service and the ssrs server gives me a general error when trying to browse the reports.

Does anyone know what I might be missing here?

try to restart SSRS server (box) and try connect SSRS again
