count hor 4n not repeat

It looks to me like rather that counting how many times "000" (for example) occurs in the data, you want the count of how many rows contain "000". The attached workbook does that.

There are only 4 cells that contain 405. Are you saying that you want it to show 5?

the situation  here is  405   is show more than one by row  05 will be overcounted

that the reason any repeat by row should be eliminated

So how many should it show? Should it be 2?

I may have not uploaded my most current workbook so take a look at this one. It shows 000 = 4 and 405 = 2. If 405 isn't correct then you need to tell me what it should be.

in Adriana.xlsm  the count you show are correct  for AE column

but thst the only one correct  

the PAIR count  (AG,AH) is not  and the others are  not too (range , digit) and have to be count too
