Control-Break key combination for keyboards that don't have a Break key

Hi Experts.

I use the Control-Break key combination for various tasks, e.g. halting a VBA code.

But I've got 2 keyboards that don't have a Break key:

Microsoft Surface Type Cover (photo)

Microsoft Modern Keyboard (photo)

Can anyone suggest equivalent keystrokes for these keyboards?

Thanks,

Regards,
Leigh

Wikipedia says
Compact and notebook keyboards often do not have a dedicated Pause/Break key. These may use the following substitutes for Break : Ctrl + Fn + F11 or Fn + B or Fn + Ctrl + B on certain Lenovo laptops. Ctrl + Fn + B or Fn + B on certain Dell laptops.
