Permanently disabled numlock on a laptops

I need to know how to permanent disable numlock on Fujitsu T902 windows 10 tablet.
I tried some of the registry settings already like

https://www.technipages.com/enable-disable-numlock-windows-startup

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-desktop/how-do-you-turn-off-the-num-lock-key/5015026b-fbf4-4dfb-9388-09070148ad2c

But they disable it on startup not like permanently .And I need numlock to completely disabled

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The most foolproof way may to break the connection on the keyboard, but that may not be the best option.

If you have the Microsoft Intellitype software, you may be able to reassign the function of the key.

You could use a tool like "AutoHotKey" to assign a key to do nothing.

This is typically done via your system's bios.

Check there first for the state of number lock key at start up.

Googling "disable numlock permanently" leads you to several pages. We may not use other forum pages in solutions if those are question&answer sites themselves, but let's say, the first link should do it (there is a different method in it than that of your links).

I just want to make sure the other Experts understand the question is how to disable the function of numlock i.e, If you press the numlock key, nothing happens. Wajhiuddin, is this correct?

A more physical approach would be pop off the numlock key and put something between the contacts, or something under the key that would stop it from pressing all the way down.

Thanks for the feedback.

If there is no specific reason other than to prevent support calls when the users accidentally turns numlock on, I agree that "living with it" is the best answer. In my experience, if you disable functionality, you are going to hear about it from the few users that expect that functionality to be there.
