Private Folder

I would like some direction on how to create a private folder in all versions of outlook so if I give someone access to my inbox they can see what is in the private folder under my inbox.

In your outlook right-click the folder INBOX
Select New Folder
Name your new folder and press Enter.
Right-click the new folder you created and click properties>Click the permissions tab
Add whatever User(s) you want to have access to the folder from your Global address list and then put a check in the type of permissions you want them to have
