Exchange not syncing with outlook 2016 standard
Exchange not syncing to outlook client.
Exchange is not syncing consistently to the company CEOs (!!!) laptop outlook 2016 standard client. She will get all email on her OWA, phone, and if she logs on to another laptop it works as well.
I have:
1) repaired office
2) deleted/recreated profile
3) checked rules (zero rules) (I even checked exchange server for mailbox rules and found zero rules)
Next off I was planning to uninstall office 2016 standard, and install office 365
Any further troubleshooting suggestions?

I don't want to remove her from cached mode, because she needs access to her offline emails.
it's for testing, and normally rules will not cause an issue you described.
you may have to recreate the user windows profile.

what about an update that didn't apply? Could that be the issue? I am trying to avoid re-creating her Windows profile if I can

What exactly are the 10 lines I see that say "Always move messages From:"?
I have not seen an update so this. is the update on the other laptop that is successful.
I don't know what the rule is without seeing it all.

there not rules, they are listed above manage rules and alerts menu item
If I actually go into manage rules, there is no rules.

Its weird because she has like 10 of those showing up when only one email is selected.
I just found a suggestion to actually delete her OST as well as delete/re-create her profile. I'm going to try that as well
