files and folders copy from E:\drive to F:\drive.[source to destination within same server]

I'm planning to move the folders from source[[[[same windows servers]]]] to destination[[[[same windows servers]]]] E:\drive to F:\drive within same Windows 2012 server R2 server. Please let me know the command and tool to copy the files and folders within computer.
If any scripts let me know.

Roadkil's Unstoppable Copy is my favorite, as it does error checking, can produce a log, and (unlike cut and paste) doesn't drop dead partway through the process when an error occurs.

Excellent solution provided. I have used the Robocopy and copied all the folders and directories to the destination drive. Thanks Much.
