eDiscovery PST Export Tool Stuck Calculating Error

Hello guys, having a slight problem with the eDiscovery PST Export Tool within Office 365, I have done a search query for some emails and its come back with 37 emails....not many at all. So when I try to do an export via IE, it sticks on calculating and doesn't seem to do anything, there is nothing in the location of the export apart from a system file within the temp folder it's created. I have tried multiple times to do this export and even left it over night, but still no joy. I have read a few forums which advises to check the permissions of the CM, DM and OM, all of which I am a member of so this cannot be permission issues.
The first time I ran this export I was prompted to enter the O365 admin credentials, I don't get that anymore so not sure if its stuck in a loop. Any help would be appreciated as I really need this PST file for a user.
Thanks in advance!

This happens a lot. It is a known bug and if it occurs, the only way to proceed is to force the process to stop and download the PST files afterward. In my case, the downloaded PST files are not corrupted (at least most of the time).
Not sure what exactly causes it, but it seems that the export tool sometimes is stuck even though it finishes its job. As a side note: I'm not a great Internet Explorer fan, but this problem rarely occurs on the most recent version of this browser, so you might want to try using it next time.
If this is an eDiscovery search against only Exchange Online data, you can use the old method from the EAC or directly the Search-Mailbox cmdlet to copy the results to a discovery mailbox, then review/export them as needed.
Close the browser to o365
Clear saved passwords in your IE browser, Clear all saved windows credentials in Control Panel>Credential Manager
Log back in to o365, attempt to start the export again. It will prompt for your credentials again.

I got it to work in the end, the issue was caused by selecting too many mailboxes (I was searching for one subject from various users, therefore searching in everyone's sent items) the only issue I have now is it has created an individual PST file for each mailbox, any ideas how to get this into just 1 PST file?
There is an option in Content Search > <your search> > Export results > Export Exchange content as > One PST file containing all messages You can choose it prior to the export, changing it means that the wizard will have to perform the export once again. So before you do that, please make sure you are searching in the right users' mailboxes.
I think you get the solution, if not, then please reply olivia
