Unable to validate connector O365


I just finished deploying a Hybrid configuration for Office 365 and Exchange 2013. Everything went fine but when I validate my outbound connector it fails with the following error:
450 4.4.316 Connection refused [Message=Socket error code 10061]
[LastAttemptedServerName=owa.glaciercap.com] [LastAttemptedIP=] [CY1NAM02FT039.eop-nam02.prod.protection.outlook.com]

I white-listed all the EOP IPs in our firewall so I'm not sure why this is happening. Did I miss something?

Is it pointing to your MX record IP address? If not, point it to your MX record name or IP of your MX record.

I figured that it was my firewall. We opened it up to the internet and it worked.
