Moving all data from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 365.

1. Is it a way to moved all my Exchange Server 2007 data to Exchange 365?
2. What is the steps to do that?

Old Exchange Info:                                                                                    Old Server Info:

- Exchange Server 2007 Microsoft Corporation                                    - Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Service pack 1
- Version: 08.01.0436.000                                                                         - 64-Bit Operation System
                                                                                                                      -  Ram: 32 GB

New Exchange Info:                                                                                  

- Exchange 365
ExchangeWindows OSWindows Server 2008

How would I do a "Cutover Migration" from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 365?

Given 150 mailboxes with  2 GB per mailbox. What is the estimate of time frame of the migration?
