Which format to import in Unity, .mb or .fbx?

I have models of Maya (which I can manuplate in Maya) to Import into Unity, which format you think is better, considering all advantages?
.ma or .fbx?

Rightfully, Unity converts the file format to its own format by default. By knowing that, it actually doesn't matter what format it is. Conclusively, Unity actually does not load such formats in the first place. Instead, Unity launches Maya or Max in the background and afterwards, export them to FBX.
