An Outlook GTD Quick Step from New Messages and Using the Message Itself as the Stake in the Ground
Need help to design the...ULTIMATE OUTLOOK QUICKSTEP: Waiting For Based on New Messages
Fans of GTD & David Allen's Outlook Plugin - sadly EOL - will appreciate this one.
Is there any way to design an Outlook Quick Step for NEW messages which...
1.) Sends the new message
2.) Stores the sent new message in a directory OTHER than Sent Messages (For example @Waiting For)
3.) Categorizes the message with a specific Category tag.
Seems like it nearly can be done via Macros but...not elegantly, creating a Task from the message rather than using the message itself: https://www.slipstick.com/developer/gtd-create-task-sent-message/
Can this be done acting on the message and via Outlook Quick Steps ?
How does it look to you?
Sincerely,
OT
