Did you verify that all the services are running on the Exchange server?
Also in the Exchange admin console did you attempt to resume the mailbox database copies?

Hi Gaurav, thanks for sharing URL.My scenario is different. I have my DBs mounted on a server and on 2nd server 4 DBs are healthy but for passive status is " Failed and suspended" even if I resume nothing happens and some times it display only failed.
review the below link and see if it can assist you in getting back to a healthy state

Actually since long back we have problem with catalog folder so there is no benefit to sync the catalog folder only. This is something else. if someone knows, please assist.
