Photoshop artboard keeps turning upside down on my screen.
- Photoshop CC
- Macbook
Whenever I save my file on Photoshop CC, my artboard turns upside down. I use a Macbook which is hooked up to two other monitors and this seems to happen when I disconnect it from the monitors (when I need to work elsewhere), then reconnect it to the monitors (when I'm back at my desk). I presume it's some resolution issue. The issue happens when my Macbook is reconnected to my two monitors. When I use my Macbook on its own, it doesn't happen.
What fixes it is minimizing and expanding the Photoshop program but the fix is temporary and the next time I save the file, it turns upside down again. A better fix is restarting Photoshop altogether, but the next time I disconnect/reconnect my Macbook to the monitors, it happens again.
Are you using the computer's integrated graphics card to control the monitors/displays or something else?

I honestly don't even know how to check for that. When I connect my two monitors to my Macbook, it just automatically extends the displays.
On your Mac go to your Apple icon in the top menu navigation > About This Mac > What is listed in 'Graphics' there?
Screen shot if you can.

May not be graphics related. Is there a way to disable the rotate feature in Photoshop? I was reading this and thought maybe you should try disabling it then seeing if the problem still remains.

If it is a display issue you can trouble shoot the display driver and see if that is what is causing the image to be flipped upside down.

Can you post a screenshot of the before and after (ie. right side up, upside down)?
