Acrobat XI will not allow "Insert Page"
Where do I check to figure out why Acrobat XI is not allowing pages to be inserted? Normally we can do that, but this particular document has the Insert Pages menu greyed out.

Can you use the Combine Files function? That should work to add a page (which is a PDF) and sort as needed.

Highlight a group of PDF files, right click and select Combine. That should get you going.
