"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Unless you are trying to monetize the site with ads, or bring in new customers, then I wouldn't worry about it.  A technical blog will get hit from time to time by people looking for that particular, very specific information, but the vast majority of the time it won't even show up in search results as it is not relevant.  This is the nature of the beast and imo there's not much that can be done about it ... nor is there a need to.

It will help if you can let us know your domain, otherwise it is speculation.

What are the settings you have or what specific concerns do you have with your current settings? https://kb.yoast.com/kb/configuration-guide-for-yoast-seo/

if i search my domain in google search box, its not listing automatically. If i manually type full website name, it shows as search instead which i not at all wanted.
another concern is site links are not showing , i mean subcategory of my site is not showing under search results.

Did you go through the checklist that yoast provides? It should give you a list of items to watch for.  Do you have a site map set up? Did you set up webmaster tools on google and if so, have you logged in to view messages from Google there?

Anything that interferes with the user experience is going to have a negative result for your search results.  I would start by loosing that ad that covers the bottom part of your site and instead place it directly on your page somewhere.  https://moz.com/blog/popups-seo-whiteboard-friday

Don't focus on Page rank - it used to be a huge factor and thing back in the days. You should focus more on getting high-quality traffic to your website.

As for Yoast, the plugin has notes for beginners. Make sure your blog posts have a green light after putting in the target keyword. Also, please avoid stuffing keywords.

One of the factors that goes into the mix is the age of the domain. techrunner was registered in 1999 vs techrunnr this past march.  You have a similar domain name off by one letter and this will be a factor. It is hard to start a blog in March and then expect high results in 3 months.

Another factor as already mentioned is content.  Looking at a couple of example pages such as https://www.techrunnr.com/how-to-install-apache-in-solaris-11/, you have very minimal content with a lot of ads. Not only will you need better content that is unique and not already available, your ratio of ads to content will need to be much lower. The site looks spammy and that will have a negative impact going forward.

The first place to start will be getting rid of  your ads, and upgrading the quality of your content. Keep adding content on a regular basis that is unique and draws people in.  When you have a very good article that is new and few if no one else has it, start a good PR campaign.  If you do, make sure the site does not look spammy.

It takes time and money to build something like this up.
