Web based cloud application stress tool

HI, we have multiple data centre networks for hosting Windows IIS web based .NET framework applications and and would like any recommendations on a good cost effective Web based cloud application stress tool, ideally we want to test the application for 50 to a 1000 simultaneous users. This is not a website, the app must be able to test the application post login. then report findings.

Alternatively we could install software on a server we own to test other servers on different cloud networks.

Something like BlazeMeter comes to mind (https://www.blazemeter.com/) since you want a web-based solution. Their basic tier is reasonably priced (up to 1000 concurrent users per test), and it's free to try out at least to see if it's something that could work for you.

https://www.blazemeter.com/ looks ok, quite expensive as you have to get a year (£800 - 200 tests). It looks like it could do the job.

do you have any locally installed based solutions you can recommend?

Sorry, missed the notification when you followed up. If you're looking for something local, I'd say to check out JMeter or Bees with Machine Guns
