Can you rename an exchange database to a recently deleted database name

there is a exchange mailbox database DB10 that the mailboxes are evacuated from. to the newly created database.
can we rename the new DB to DB10 once DB10 is cleanly removed ?

Yes you can rename it. Once old DB removed, just right click>properties>General tab>change the name.

Yes, you just need to make sure that the DB is not around, you need to make sure to delete it 1st.
