Outlook 2013 Calendar Invitation Forwarding
Hi Experts,
I have a end user that has full permission to another person's calendar. When the admin user create an appointment on her boss's computer this calendar appoint is getting forwarded to another user that was not apart of the calendar invite.
The end user is using Outlook 2013 client and we have an exchange 2013 environment.
Also, this 3rd user gets a notification when the original recipients accept the calendar invite.
Please see the attached message
Any thoughts?

Run the following cmdlets in the exchange shell. it will show the delegates on calendar:
Get-MailboxFolderPermissio n -Identity "boss:\calendar" | ft
Also run with out selecting calender like this to see if any other folders have deletegates

The 3rd user was configured as a delegate. Remove the 3rd person in question resolved this issue.

I will go onsite and check the permissions/delegation to see what I find and report back.
I also had the admin user checked her rules to make sure there were nothing weird going on.
I did the above steps before I say these responses so I will check the boss’s setup.
Thanks
