terminal server log off timer that excludes selected domain users.

I have a 2008r2 enterprise server running terminal services in a 2008 Domain. I'd like to set an inactivity log off timer for an hour and exclude certain users in the domain. I'm a little lost and need some help.

Exclude selected users from logging in via rdp:

Timeout:
Administrative tools/remote desktop services/remote desktop session host configuration
Then right click on rdp-tcp in connections , choose properties then Session. Configure timeout values

Any updates?
Mahesh provided correct answer. Mine was off track as I missed the fact the OP was referring to Terminal Services and not simple RDP
