using NoSQL database with SSRS

I have a web application that uses ssrs 2016 for reports.  I am looking at moving the sql database to a nosql database, but don't know how to maintain the reports I have created.  Any ideas?

I know I'm six months late to this party, but I was just reading up on SQL Server 2019 and it has the ability to query MongoDB and Hadoop directly. Otherwise, you're probably looking at creating an application that takes the NoSql data and puts it into a relational db for reporting purposes.

You can also look into other reporting products like Tableau that have NoSql connectors.

My last idea is to start using an "event sourcing" system where transactions are put into an event bus and multiple listeners can do things with those events, updating both your NoSql db and a relational, reporting db. It's a big change to your environment, but event sourcing has some major advantages in DR and auditing.
