"direct-to-mx" IP keeps getting blacklisted.

Dear Experts

Please can someone assist me.

The public IP of my IronPort keeps getting blacklisted.

I have an Exchange 2010 environment with Cisco IronPorts used as my MTAs.

I have attached the error message.

They keep talking about "direct-to-mx".

Your ironport hss been set up with an ip which your network owner has apprently declared not to be used by MTAs
See here: https://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/

Some solution pths would be
Open a support ticket woth your provider/ change ip / use a smarthost provided by your provider

Hi Michelangelo. Thanks for your reply. So my ISP should ideally  flag that IP as being a MTA? Let me log a ticket with them.
