Get Disk status by CMD or Powershell

Dear Wizards, is there any CMD or Powershell command to get these information?
- RAID status
- Disk information (Good, bad sectors...)
- LED light status on Hard disk

Many thanks!

Do you have a RAID controller? If so which one? Most controller manufacturers have CLIs that you can use in a script.

@Andy: I'm not sure about the RAID controller of this server. It is just an old IBM x3650 with 3 disks configure as RAID 5. Can you suggest?

@Raja: I followed the post but seem likes the information is not enough and incorrect

Can you help? Also, I'd like to monitor the RAID status but it did not show here
LSI MegaRAID, (LSI is now owned by Broadcom), you can download MegaCLI from https://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/downloads/ds031558

some example commands at http://erikimh.com/megacli-cheatsheet/

Personally I would stick to the GUI (MegaRAID Storage Manager) and configure it to send emails, https://www.broadcom.com/support/knowledgebase/1211161496387/megaraid-storage-manager-msm-email-notification

Get-StorageReliabilityCounter earlier used to work but not working for me as well now.
Can you check the ones provided by Andy above and let us know whether it works or not..

No it did not work!

Does anyone here have experience with Zabbix and monitoring with MIB info? I tried but could not find the MIB for RAID, disk health for IBM x3650 M2 and HP Gen 9 servers?
Have you tried checking for monitoring scripts from your vendor and if not, try that once..
Try IBM StorCLI instead, https://www.ibm.com/support/home/docdisplay?lndocid=MIGR-5095500. It may already be installed, if you cam find MSM or IBM ServerRaid Manager  installed that will identify the controller.  LSI make the IBM ServerRAID controllers but sometimes the generic LSI software does not work due to firmware tweaking.

If you find the exact model of the RAID controller we could be more exact, I was going from the logical disk having LSILOGIC in its description.
