Press del to enter bios or f11 to enter boot setup?
I had this question after viewing Why Asus Motherboard asks for press del or f2 to enter BIOS on every boot on Windows 7?.
On every bootup, a message appears asking me to press del to enter bios or f11 to enter boot setup. It never did this before. How can I fix this?

Is there a newer firmware (BIOS) update? If so, start from there.
Sometimes this occurs because a BIOS expects to see a drive where this is none, or does not expect to see a drive where there is one, or a USB device is attached that the system thinks might be bootable.
Check the BIOS drive configuration and confirm that every installed drive is active and configured, and that there are no nonexistent drives which are expected to be present, active and configured.
Confirm that USB boot is disabled and that the search order for bootable devices begins hard drives first.

I must respectfully disagree with Wayne88's comment regarding a BIOS update.
We see far too requesters who have bricked systems due to failed BIOS updates. The system was working properly previously and now it is not -- imo, the safest assumption is that solving the problem does not require a BIOS update. Leave that possibility for the very last until all other resources have been exhausted.

Agree with nobus. Check also in BIOS if Fast Boot got disabled.
