ink problems

I have brother MFC-J5320DW, i have replaced ink but cyan keeps saying not installed, i have tried re-inseting several times same result, nothing will print without it.

no ink in printer when purchased, was on tried replacing them one by one, originally it was yellow and cyan but got yellow to work

Nothing working, when I reinsert ink printer recognises they are there but when I close flap reinsert cyan appears again.

Sounds like the flat cable to the printhead is broken on at least one wire. Time for a new printer, I'm afraid.
