Skype For Business - Block External IM - Allow External for Presentations?

We are just starting to use Skype For Business for Internal IM.   We have setup Skype For Business to not allow External Contacts to be added. We didn't want Employees to start chatting with Friends and Family while at work.

We are looking to get rid off WebEx for Presentations and wanted to use Skype For Business, though it looks like we can't Invite Customers to the Meetings since we blocked External Access.

Is there a Way to Block External Users for IM, though Allow Inviting External Customers for Presentations?

Thanks!

I am following up on your question.  Do you still need help?

If you solved the problem on your own, would you please post the solution here in case others have the same problem?

Yes I still have this issue.
Is this SfB on premises, or SfB Online (Office 365) ?
This is part of SfB O365.
Create a new meeting in Outlook, and select from the ribbon, "Join Skype Meeting"

An online meeting should then be created that external users can join.
On the PC,
O365 2016 Outlook, I'm logged in with my O365 user Account.
SfB Logged in with the same user Account

In Outlook I select new Meeting and the only Skype Option is 'Skype Meeting' (help text - Create New Type Meeting) When I Select it I get an Error:
The user accounts in outlook and Skype For Business do not match, Please be sure you are signed in to both applications with the same username and privileges.

On the Mac,
Outlook v16.13.1 Volume License Ed.
I'm logged in with my O365 user Account.
SfB Logged in with the same user Account

In Outlook I select new Meeting and the only Meeting Option is 'Online Meeting' with Drop Down of 'Add Online Meeting'  Join Online Meeting is greyed out.  When I Select Add Online Meeting I get an Error:
The Outlook and Skype For Business (Lync) user accounts do not match, You Muse sign in to both applications using the same account.

I'm not sure why it says I'm not using the same account when I am.
While this new issue is blocking your progression, it would be better to resolve this new issue in a new question and return here when resolved.
