How to hide windows Updates in Windows 10

How can I hide windows updates in Windows 10 ?
In windows 7, if I wish not to apply an update I can hide it to prevent it from recurring when future check for updates are made.
I have an update which is downloaded but fails to install - Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 - Error 0x800706ba
I wish to hide this error t prevent future checks for updates downloading it again.

Windows 10, is it's possible to retake control and prevent the OS from downloading and installing updates automatically using the Local Group Policy Editor or the Registry. The detailed steps are in the below URL.

you need to upgrade to 1803 in order to download future versions. as its known, windows 10 is the latest windows, and there be upgrade and patches to windows 10, and future releases of windows 10. You can only upgrade if you’re running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update or Windows 10 version 1709.

my advice is to install the 1803, so go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and click update now.
