Webscraping using VBA

I've been trying to web scrape data from http://www.global-rates.com/interest-rates/libor/american-dollar/american-dollar.aspx  for excel but I've never done it before.

I've tried using excel's from web function but it doesn't return anything.

Would anyone have any suggestions on how to use VBA?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I used Power Query to get the table from web page. Can you see the table on sheet2?
