Problems Call with Skype for Business and E5 License

We are a newly migrated O365 tenant.

When I assign an E5 license with domestic calling plan to myself, I receive the message "You are not set up to use this calling feature" when trying to call another Skype for Business user within our company.

If I change my license to E3, then the call is completed without issue.

Does anyone have any ideas why that might be?

Check with your hosting provider and check to see if there any issues on their end. Domestic calling should work with MSO365 E3
