We are a newly migrated O365 tenant. <br />

When I assign an E5 license with domestic calling plan to myself, I receive the message &quot;You are not set up to use this calling feature&quot; when trying to call another Skype for Business user within our company. <br />
<br />
If I change my license to E3, then the call is completed without issue. <br />

Does anyone have any ideas why that might be?

When I assign an E5 license with domestic calling plan to myself, I receive the message "You are not set up to use this calling feature" when trying to call another Skype for Business user within our company. 

If I change my license to E3, then the call is completed without issue.

Problems Call with Skype for Business and E5 License

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers.
