How to migrate Gmail "G Suite domain account" email to Office 365
We are in the process of migrating our Gmail email over to office 365
- we currently have the “G suite account” for our domain with 16 email accounts but do not have access.
We only have access to each email account
- we don't have access to the pin of the primary admin account. This person was a disgruntled employee and cannot be contacted to provide the pin to allow access to log on to the Google account. The owner of the company does not have access either
- I have a case open with Microsoft to perform the email migration but cannot do so until I can enable the two-step verification
my question is
- is there a way to export all of the Gmail into office365 without having to install Outlook to create PST’s, on every PC. We have Macs and Windows laptops. Even if there was 1/3 party paid tool to use to do the exporting.

Thanks, I already have these directions.
I forgot to mention that in order to do the migration using this method, I have to setup "2 step verification" - however under https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185839 - the option for 2 step verification does not show up.
If I can get the 2 step verification viewable and enabled, I can use the Microsoft migration method

Sorry for getting back so late, putting out dozens of email related fires. I am still in the process of getting access to the G suite in Google. I will update ASAP

The company was able to find the credentials to G Suite thru a former employee. They were able to get in. At this time, they are going to stay with G Suite

Although the company now decided to stay with G suite instead of migrating to office 365, since they now have full access to G suite, the link provided to me to recover G suite access will be very helpful in the future. We did use the link and they got us closer to getting access. I appreciate all the comments
