skype for business issue

when I open Skype for business 2016 64bit It is show msg (not responding )
I reinstall it but same issue resist what should be the proper solution for this anyone knows...

There are couple of options to resolve this issue:

-You can try to reinstall Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, first uninstall and then reinstall.

If that didn't work, try this:

-Most of the time this issue appears to be with audio device connected to your computer.

So, testing purpose remove your USB audio device/ headset and use laptop audio and test audio/video call using Skype for Business.

If that didn't work, try this:

-Update or reinstall Audio/Sound, Video, USB, Display device drivers and test Audio/Video call using Skype for Business.

Note: If your audio device isn't listed when you're installing drivers, you need to install the software for your audio device.

-In case you don’t how to update then, uninstall your audio driver: open Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) the audio driver, and select Uninstall. Restart your device and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If that didn’t work, try this:
-Then you can recreate Windows Profile and use Skype for Business client for IM, Audio/ Video calling.

-As a workaround, you uninstall existing Skype for Business client and install standalone Skype for Business client. You can download Skype for Business standalone client 32bit and 64bit.
