Unable to receive external emails

Unable to receive external emails. Able to send external emails and send/receive internally.
In house exchange 2010 on sbs 2011.

External user does not get a bounce back but shows sent.

Power outage/issue occurred but server never abruptly shut down. Powered down safely for a few how’s until power was restored.

HI Houston,

Do you have backpressure?

Check events 15000-15010 to verify if you have backpressure.

Check if all the services are running.

Test-ServiceHealth

do you have an inbound mail gateway that's either hosted or on-prem? if so check there or does your inbound mail go directly to your exchange server? if it goes directly to your exchange server check to see if there are emails stuck in the transport queues.

look at the transport queue and see if any mail is being held.

Any word on this Author?
Thank you for the help, time may have been a factor. I removed an expired cert,  verified the MX records and a name servers as a recent website change was involved.
