Could you point what is the laptop best choice between this 02 options?

The are nearly identical in technical specifications.  It really boils down to your personal preferences.  I can't live without a NumPad, personally, so I would probably lean towards the first PC.  If you don't really use the NumPad, and/or prefer something smaller and lighter weight, then the second PC may be better for you.  The first model has a full HD screen (1920 x 1080), but I couldn't find that information for the second PC.

Interesting, the site that I found with those models list identical Intel 3865 U Processors as well as Intel HD 610 graphics.

Okay, that is a product ID for that web site, not for Samsung.  If you browse lower on the page, you will see the actual Samsung Reference # is NP300E4M-KWABR.  That is the model # for the laptop that I shared in an above comment which includes the Intel Celeron 3865U processor and Intel 610HD graphics chip.

My conclusion is for E21 is the better choice - since it has a better monitor: better resolution and higher.
