EXCHANGE ONLINE, OFFICE 365,
one company just migrated users from lotus notes to office 365.
they sync AD attributes through AAD sync still.
all the mailboxes are on office 365 but they dont have any retention or archiving or journaling policy.
1) i need to come out with good plan to come up with retention, archiving policy , is there any good article with steps which i can understand.
2) how can i check how many user licenses available and i see office 365 secure score is 84 of 294 what are the things i am lacking here , where could i check the shortcomings

I think FOX has covered the links part in full. As for the second question: In the Security and Compliance Center, just below your security score, there is a link titled Microsoft Secure Score. In there, you can see why you have your current score. There is also a list of actions you can take to get your security score higher.
