The rules will be a bit difficult, but you can accomplish some conditional formatting.

Hi Rabihhaj,

I'd strongly recommend upgrading your infrastructure to Office 365 or Exchange 2016 as Exchange 2010 is EOL (End of Life) and vulnerable!

Be careful with Auto-Forwarding...it should be disabled via Transport Rules as it is a security risk for mail sent outbound to email addresses outside of the domain. It's vulnerable to Account Breaches, Data Exfiltration, and Malicious Insider attacks.

To accomplish what you are looking to do you can achieve this via OWA/Outlook Rules. Create an OWA/Outlook Rule as such:
1. Apply this rule after the message arrives;
Select Conditions
2. Either use "from people or public group" (preferred) or "with specific words in the recipient's address" (Outlook only) and select the sharemailbox1@domain.com email address;
3. "Move it to the specified folder" and select your subfolder.

Click Turn this Rule on and Finish.
