Where is the web query pulling data from? If that file is available locally, does it have proper access for both users.<br />
Does both the users have access to pull the data from the Source?<br />
Kindly check whether the source data format got changed after it was handed back to the second user..

The web queries/query tables that seem not to work are the ones that pull from any website. (i.e wikipedia etc.) both users have access. Any other settings that can influence why web queries/query tables work on some computers and not others?

In my environment I noticed files with Web Queries work on some machines, but not others. A colleague was using a file that worked perfectly, but when he handed it to someone else, the web queries didn't work.<br />
