RDS - encryption error...
Getting this on a laptop frequently this morning, connected over remote VPN.
Also get it a few occasions when the user worked on a different machine over site to site VPN tunnel.
Server 2016.
Clients Win10 1803.
Site to site VPN - Cisco ASA 5505
remote VPN Cisco client and more recently cisco anyconnect.
Ideas?

ah yes, same principle as win10..
Sounds like the CredSSP error. If a PC is updated and the server is not, you will get that error. I did a little blog article on it.

any reason why the updates arent being pulled into wsus automatically?
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4345418
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4345418
The reason is: it is no security update, but only for quality improvements and that type of update ("quality only") is not imported into wsus automatically, but needs to be manually imported.
